Job summary

GSW, a leading healthcare communications agency, seeks an Experience Design Supervisor to lead digital and experiential design across web, mobile, VR/AR, and emerging channels. You will translate brand strategy into engaging experiences, collaborate with UX, tech and copy teams, and mentor a talented design group to deliver high-quality work that meets campaign goals and accessibility standards.

Role emphasizes hands-on leadership, typography, visual storytelling, and balancing business needs

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital design or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, VR/AR, and emergent channels.
• Understanding of brand identity, typography, and visual systems.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork with UX, dev, copy, strategy and account groups.
• Experience mentoring designers and ensuring quality across projects.
• Healthcare communications knowledge and accuracy in healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and experiential solutions aligned with healthcare campaigns.
• Envision and develop scalable interactions across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• Create concepts, prototypes, animations, storyboards, and presentations.
• Translate brand identity and strategy into digital media executions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure ideas are executable, accessible, and strategic.
• Test features, review functionality, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Present work clearly, explaining ideas, interactions, and user value.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Mentor and develop Experience Designers, review work, and help growth.
• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and inspire high-quality delivery.
• Contribute strategically by linking creativity, tech, and business needs.
