Job summary

GSW, powered by Syneos Health, seeks an Experienced Experience Designer to craft digital experiences across screens, wearables, and VR/AR. You will blend technology and creativity, building intuitive interfaces, animations, and prototypes for healthcare-focused campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with UX, developers, and copy, ensuring solutions are polished and on-brand across web, mobile, and emergent channels. Prototyping, presentation, and component library work are core expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Ability to design for 3D (three.js) and familiarity with Unity is a bonus.
• Experience with animation and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences that align with campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and patient/consumer audiences
• Submit work for review by creative lead and manage revisions through necessary stages of assigned projects
• Creating design concepts, prototypes, and animations to communicate your interactive design solutions
• Have skills in presenting digital creative work, with the ability to explain the “big idea” to team members
• Work in tandem with UX, developers, and copy to ensure solutions are seamless for execution and copy is on point for development
• Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile, VR/AR, and beyond)
• Work with teams to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
• Communicate designs – Create meaningful experience design deliverables such as digital design concepts, prototypes, animations of interactions, and final presentations that help the team understand what to build and why
• Ability to build and maintain component libraries in XD, Sketch, Figma
• Creates design solutions for digital executions – ability to understand and utilize brand hallmarks, identity development, typography, design theory, etc.
