Job summary
GSW, powered by Syneos Health, seeks an Experience Design Supervisor to lead digital and experiential campaigns across web, mobile, VR/AR, and emerging channels for healthcare audiences. You will mentor Experience Designers, translate brand strategy into engaging experiences, and collaborate with UX, development, copy, and strategy teams to deliver high quality work.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive design systems, prototyping, and reviews, while mentoring talent and maintaining
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in digital/experience design or related creative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience designing for digital platforms including web, mobile, and VR/AR.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and experiential solutions for healthcare campaigns across HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.
- Envision and develop scalable, engaging interactions across web, mobile, VR/AR, and emerging platforms.
- Create concepts, prototypes, animations, walkthroughs, and presentations for teams.
- Translate brand identity into digital media executions while maintaining accessibility.
- Collaborate with UX, developers, copy, art directors, strategists, and account teams.
- Mentor designers, review work, and support career growth while ensuring quality.
