Job summary

Axuall is seeking an experienced Workforce Intelligence Consultant to lead executive engagements for our workforce intelligence suite. You will sit with CMOs, COOs, and department chairs, define strategic questions, and use Claude and Axuall data to produce reports, analyses, and interactive tools.

Responsibilities include partnering with health system leaders, running collaborative design sessions, validating outputs for executive usefulness, and building a reusable library of analyses.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare analytics with executive-level engagement.
• Experience using claims and market data to answer strategic questions.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from first conversation to final deliverable.
• Partner with health system leaders to define the analysis questions.
• Lead design sessions with customers, in person and virtual.
• Use Claude and Axuall MCP to run analyses and build deliverables.
• Review outputs for accuracy and executive usefulness.
• Support sales with demos and engagement scoping.
