About the Role:

• Axuall is seeking an experienced healthcare analytics professional to lead executive engagements for its workforce intelligence suite.
• You will sit down with CMOs, COOs, and department chairs, understand their hardest workforce questions, and produce analyses and reports using Claude and Axuall’s data.
• You will also help shape the library of agents and analyses offered based on repeatable engagements.

What You’ll Do:

• Own client engagements from first conversation to finished deliverable, partnering with health system leaders.
• Use Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector to run analyses, test hypotheses, and build deliverables like reports and interactive tools.
• Review every output for accuracy, refine prompts, and validate market needs to inform product direction.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5-7 years of healthcare analytics experience with a track record of working with executives on strategic questions using claims and market data.
• Strong understanding of the provider market: recruitment, supply and demand, service-line strategy, and referral dynamics.
• Technical interest in AI and a habit of adopting modern tools; excellent communication and presence with C-suite leaders.
