Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a VIP Corporate Travel Consultant (Morning Shift) to deliver high-level consultation and manage domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel, and ground transport. You will train for four weeks (paid) and handle end-to-end bookings with Sabre, PNRS, and ticketing procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years of VIP or Executive Travel Agent experience.
5+ years of high-end travel industry customer service.
In-depth Sabre GDS knowledge for fares and ticketing.
Experience with complex international itineraries and changes.
Proficient in ticketing procedures and PNRS management.
Professional demeanor with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to C-Suite travelers and their staff.
Provide consultative support during the booking process with bespoke itineraries.
Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
Build rapport with business travelers and maintain trusted relationships.
Ensure accurate and timely reservations, adhering to policy and PNRS requirements.
Handle ticketing, exchanges, and complex international fare changes.
