Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks a Vice President, Technology Operations to drive enterprise technology strategy and operations from US Teaneck, NJ. You will own ERP and core platforms, manage infrastructure across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments, and lead IT service management to deliver reliable, secure systems that support global business objectives.

The role requires 25+ years of IT leadership, deep ERP experience (JDE, EBS), and a proven track record in security-conscious

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, CS or equivalent experience.
25+ years of progressive IT leadership in enterprise environments.
Experience leading infrastructure, platform ops and ERP landscapes.
Experience with security-sensitive, high-reliability operations.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for enterprise technology operations.
Oversee on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure for high availability and security.
Direct ERP and enterprise app operations to ensure reliability of core systems.
Own IT service management strategy and service delivery excellence.
Ensure security, risk, and regulatory compliance across tech ops.
Establish governance, metrics, and partnerships aligning tech with business goals.
Lead budgeting, vendor management, and workforce development.
