Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience in ERP or Digital Transformation.
- Experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals or medical devices is required.
- Strong expertise in managing global software engineering organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global ERP and Digital Manufacturing strategy.
- Lead the global SAP/ERP organization and process transformation.
- Oversee enterprise data engineering for AI/ML platforms.
