Job summary

Teach For America South Carolina is seeking a Manager, Executive Support & Operations to assist the Executive Director, coordinate marketing and fundraising efforts, and support regional operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage calendars, travel, and communications; lead fundraising projects and design donor collateral; create content for newsletters and social channels; and support board activities and regional events in South Carolina, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel within South Carolina and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Ability to create marketing materials and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, scheduling, and communications support to the Executive Director and coordinate travel.
• Project manage fundraising initiatives and develop donor collateral.
• Create and execute marketing content and newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide regional operations support including meetings and events.
