Teach For America seeks a Senior Managing Director, Emerging Markets, to lead field fundraising efforts across Colorado, Washington, South Dakota, California regions, and SF Bay Area. The role focuses on growing five- and six-figure gifts, guiding a team of senior fundraisers, and delivering strategic donor engagement across multiple funding streams.

You will report to the VP, Field Fundraising and work remotely with a preference for candidates in the specified regions, targeting a $5M+

Qualifications

• 10+ years in development and fundraising.
• Proven ability to secure 5- and 6-figure gifts.
• Experience fundraising in the Western USA states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year fundraising strategy across Emerging Markets.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects achieving fundraising goals.
• Lead and develop a team of fundraising professionals.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and align strategies.
• Maintain donor and activity data in CRM and monitor performance.
