You will work with an experienced team to identify, engage, evaluate, and place top talent across searches, leveraging research, referrals, and networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting or executive search.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and engaging with candidates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate side of the search process from outreach through placement.
• Source and identify high-quality candidates through research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct frequent phone and email outreach to passive and active candidates.
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, goals, and search requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.
• Partner with senior recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for each search.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and information in the CRM.
• Manage multiple searches while meeting recruiting and placement goals.
