• 2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or executive search experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and engaging with candidates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work onsite in our Inman Park, Atlanta, GA office

Responsibilities
