Top Talent is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in freight brokerage and logistics. We are seeking an experienced agency recruiter with strong account management skills to manage established client relationships and recruit talent to fill their searches.

You’ll have active job orders from day one, established client accounts to develop, and direct mentorship from our founder. This role requires you to earn and grow client business, then find, engage, and close candidates to fill it.

Competenze

• Proven agency recruiting experience closing candidates and completing placements.
• Experience managing client accounts and generating repeat business.
• Successful track record recruiting sales professionals; freight brokerage or logistics experience preferred.

• Manage and grow client relationships.
