Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Executive Functioning Coach to provide evidence-based coaching to children, adolescents, and young adults, focused on organization, planning, time management, and independence across home, school, and community settings.

We welcome candidates from Special Education, Reading/Learning Support, School Psychology, Counseling, OT/COTA, SLP/SLPA, or related fields. This is a fully remote opportunity with evening/weekend availability and a HIPAA-conscious workflow.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting executive functioning, learning differences, or skill-building in educational, therapeutic, or pediatric settings.
• No formal clinical license required; relevant professional certifications or credentials welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Virtual Coaching: conduct 6–10 weekly coaching sessions (45 minutes) with 15 minutes for documentation.
• Build Real-World Tools: create practical family resources, handouts, and actionable strategies to reinforce skills between sessions.
• Collaborate Interdisciplinarily: partner with the Specialty Services Team and participate in weekly team consultations.
• Support Peak Hours: maintain client availability during high-demand family times (weekday evenings 3:00 PM–7:00 PM or weekends).
