Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Executive & Social Media Escalations Specialist to resolve high-visibility executive level complaints and streamline communications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and report to the Associate Director, Member & Provider Escalations.

This remote role is open to candidates in AZ, FL, GA, or TX with occasional travel for team meetings and events. Base pay ranges are disclosed with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a production-based environment.
• Experience drafting executive-level communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with appropriate tone.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve executive-level complaints with urgency and professionalism.
• Track timelines for escalated cases and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and operations.
• Draft executive communications including summaries and action plans.
• Strengthen feedback loops and monitor trends among members and providers.
• Guide Service Operations across multiple channels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
