This remote position supports colleagues nationwide (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Texas) with occasional travel for team meetings and events. The base pay ranges from $48,438 to $66,602.25 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a production-based environment.
• 2+ years of quantitative or analytical problem-solving experience.
• 2+ years drafting written communications for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high-visibility executive-level complaints with urgency and professionalism.
• Manage timelines for escalated cases and communicate with appropriate parties for resolution.
• Draft and deliver executive-level communications with summaries, root-cause analyses, and action plans.
