Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Executive & Social Media Escalations Specialist to join our team. This role handles high-visibility executive level complaints and complex member/provider issues across production operations.

You will review cases escalated by members and providers, draft executive communications, and help strengthen feedback loops with leadership. Remote work within the US is supported, with occasional travel for events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production-based environment.
• 2+ years quantitative or analytical skills.
• 2+ years drafting written communications for executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve high-visibility executive level complaints with urgency and professionalism.
• Manage timelines for escalated cases and communicate with appropriate parties for resolution.
• Conduct workflow reviews and deliver feedback to leadership to improve processes and insights.
• Draft and deliver executive-level communications, including summaries and action plans.
• Be the primary liaison to strengthen feedback loops and track member/provider trends.
• Provide direct guidance to Service Operations across multiple channels.
