Job summary

MassMutual’s Worksite Disability team is expanding; this role partners with producers and clients to grow enrollment, support renewals, and steward key relationships across the field. You will guide product understanding and coordinate seamless onboarding for new group sales.

The role emphasizes travel 10–15% and close collaboration with Sales and Service to drive satisfaction and retention in a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workplace group benefits or disability with sales/customer-facing focus.
• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 8+ years in financial services.
• Willing to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Relationship Steward for producers and clients.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with sales.
• Support benefit renewals for customers.
• Coordinate enrollment and re-enrollment campaigns with teams.
• Provide product consulting on Executive Disability products.
• Manage implementation and onboarding for new group sales.
• Champion top producer relationships.
• Travel to client locations as required.
