Job summary

EyePoint is seeking a Sr./Executive Director of Program Design and Access Strategy to lead the design and evolution of patient support programs, focusing on patient and practice experience. This role sits at the core of Market Access, influencing leadership and delivering scalable, patient-centric solutions with digital enhancements.

Responsibilities include partnering with various functions to ensure compliant, effective programs and guiding data-driven access strategies for EyePoint’s retina

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pharma/biotech experience with focus on patient and/or market access.
• Experience building multiple aspects of patient support programs (Hub services, copay programs, PAP, field access teams).
• Experience optimizing internal and outsourced patient services programs in space.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee patient support programs.
• Lead cross-functional access core to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal/compliance, and commercial strategy to optimize patient access.
