Job summary

EyePoint seeks a Sr./Executive Director of Program Design and Access Strategy to lead design and evolution of patient support programs with a patient-centric focus. You will influence across functions to deliver scalable, compliant programs and leverage digital solutions to improve access for retinal diseases.

The role sits on the Market Access leadership team, reporting to the VP and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial Strategy to optimize data utilization and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pharma/biotech experience with a focus on patient and/or market access.
• Deep understanding of the patient access landscape and the buy-and-bill journey.
• Experience building patient support programs: Hub services, copay programs, PAP, field access teams.
• Experience optimizing internal patient services programs and outsourced vendor programs.
• Diverse background in patient access with leadership across functions.
• Specialty pharmacy and trade experience a plus; ophthalmology market experience a plus.
• Strong grasp of compliance and regulatory environment.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve patient support programs with patient and practice experience at the core.
• Lead cross-functional access teams to deliver scalable, patient-centric programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Payer, Trade, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliant programs.
• Leverage data analytics to turn insights into action and improve access.
• Partner with field access and hub operations to meet organizational goals.
• Coach and mentor team members and influence without formal authority.
