Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution - Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. This role leads the development of new products through market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision making to build a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, governance, KPI development, and ensuring compliant, high-impact health product portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in product development, management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics to propel business growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the product development process from research to implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align innovation with growth objectives.
• Develop and manage product strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely execution.
