Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director Finance Enablement (Remote) to join a leading Healthcare organization. The role shapes finance enablement, connecting analytics, FP&A, and business decision-making across a complex healthcare environment.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to clarify business logic, strengthen modeling approaches, and translate data into actionable insights, leading collaborative initiatives and communicating complex concepts to technical and executive

Qualifications

5+ years in analytics, data, or financial modeling environments.
1+ years in people or team leadership.
Strong background in healthcare finance and analytics.
Proven business and financial acumen.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Drive finance and analytics in support of business goals
Lead cross-functional discussions to clarify business logic
Develop and program analytic methodologies and pipelines
Serve as a subject matter expert for patient model analytics in financial planning
Support leadership with insights and structured analysis
Lead collaborative initiatives across multiple teams
Present complex concepts to technical and executive audiences
