With 15+ years in global FP&A, you will provide executive-level insights, drive EBITDA and cash flow initiatives, and standardize reporting frameworks across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, global FP&A and finance business partner roles.
• 8+ years of experience leading finance teams in complex global environments.
• Experience in CRO, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sectors.
• Proven track record in acquisitions and enterprise growth initiatives.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and Board interactions, especially in private equity contexts.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and business analytics.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Global FP&A and Business Partnering to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee global financial planning and analysis, partnering closely with senior executives to shape growth strategy, value creation, and enterprise decision-making. The role will also lead a global finance business partnering organization and help standardize reporting and performance frameworks across corporate functions. In this highly visible position, you will support executive leadership, the Board, and cross-functional teams in a complex, global environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, commercial insight, and experience driving transformation and M&A integration in healthcare-related settings.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $170,000 – $338,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies for growth and value creation
