Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to lead HEOR consulting services in a remote US capacity. This senior role oversees multiple projects, ensures financial performance, and shapes HEOR strategy, AI-driven research, and client partnerships.

You will guide teams, pursue growth, and contribute to evidence generation and policy recommendations within clinical research, advancing Parexel’s AI-enabled HEOR capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in the life sciences or consulting industries, including managing direct reports and directing teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead both small and large project engagements with high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project profitability through planning, budget management, revenue recognition, and collaboration with the Project Financial Analyst.
• Develop and implement HEOR solutions using expertise and best practices to address client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including senior and executive leaders, providing technical and business consulting across disciplines.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and extended staff with performance management and development planning.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business opportunities, contribute to account planning, and participate in proposals and bid defenses.
• Stay current on AI developments relevant to HEOR and apply them to research methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, biostatisticians, health economists, and cross-functional partners to develop AI-driven methods and materials.
• Represent Parexel through conferences, publications, and strategic partnerships.
• Plan budgets, strategy, and forecasts for the service line with accountability for revenue generation and client satisfaction.
