Parexel, a global leader in HEOR consulting, seeks an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to join Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote capacity in the US. You will lead client engagements, shape HEOR strategy, and drive AI-enabled research, delivering high-growth, profitable services.

In this senior role you will mentor teams, manage budgets, and build relationships with senior leadership while expanding Parexel's capabilities across evidence generation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in the life sciences or consulting industries, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead small and large project engagements with high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project profitability, budgeting, revenue recognition, and collaboration with Project Financial Analyst.
• Develop and implement HEOR solutions addressing client needs using industry best practices and AI insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including senior and executive leaders across multiple disciplines.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and staff, with performance management and accountability for metrics.
