Job summary
Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to join Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote capacity in the US. In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for a group or service line, the successful execution and financial performance of multiple projects, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- 15+ years of general experience in the field.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Lead project engagements with high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project profitability including budgeting and revenue recognition.
- Develop and implement HEOR solutions addressing client needs using AI and analytics.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients, including senior and executive leaders.
- Coach and develop direct reports and staff with performance management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and sales efforts.
