Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team. The role supports the overall executive compensation program, market research, and committee materials, with hybrid flexibility near Burlington, NC or Durham, NC.

Responsibilities include collaborating with HR partners, reviewing roles for appropriate grades and pay levels, and managing globalESP P and bonus/equity processes. Strong analytical skills and Excel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 3+ years in executive compensation or equivalent; or Associate with 5+ years; HS with 7+ years.
• Strong data integrity, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Preferred: consulting experience and WorldatWork certification.

Responsibilities

• Support executive compensation program management and administration.
• Collaborate with HR partners and rewards to review roles and grades for hires and promotions.
• Prepare materials for Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings.
• Research market trends using public documents (proxy, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Coordinate third-party market surveys for executive roles.
• Assist global merit, bonus, and equity processes.
• Administer global ESPP programs and audit purchases.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting programs.
• Provide analytics for ad hoc compensation projects.
• Create reports supporting compensation programs.
• Conduct EC M&A due diligence and assist integration.
• Provide guidance to junior staff.
