Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking an Executive Coach to support our team. This full-time remote position includes periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C.

JST provides a full benefits package and a culture that values leadership development and ethical practice. Responsibilities include confidential one-on-one coaching for SES participants, intake discussions, goal setting, 60-minute sessions, progress reviews, and integration of assessments into development plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active ICF PCC or MCC credential required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to maintain strict coaching confidentiality and comply with ICF ethical standards.
• Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one executive coaching to SES participants.
• Conduct intake discussions and establish coaching goals.
• Conduct 60-minute coaching sessions and progress discussions.
• Review leadership assessments and incorporate findings into development plans.
• Provide team coaching to executive leadership teams as assigned.
