Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, GA & Enrollment Firm Partnerships to maximize distribution and drive growth across GA and enrollment firm channels. You will develop strategic initiatives, build partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams nationwide.

The role requires deep experience with General Agents and Enrollment firms, strong data analytics, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. This position is remote with potential for bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in distribution, sales, partnerships, or related field.
• Established experience working with General Agent and Enrollment firms.
• Proven thought leader with ability to use data analytics to shape initiatives.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the GA and Enrollment Firm channel with strategic and financial impact.
• Strengthen distribution teams and competitive positioning.
• Create national initiatives, business plans, and partnership strategies.
• Guide distribution teams on GA, Enrollment Firm, and industry trends including API and integration.
• Identify opportunities to drive membership and revenue with GA and Enrollment Firm partners.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, finance, legal and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain relationships with executive leaders across GA and Enrollment Firm partnerships.
