Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, GA & Enrollment Firm Partnerships to maximize distribution through General Agents and Enrollment Firms nationwide. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives that differentiate Trustmark, optimize revenue streams, and drive growth across partnerships.

You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, guiding API, quoting, and integration efforts, identifying opportunities for membership and revenue growth, and shaping long-term

Qualifications

• 10+ years in distribution, sales, partnerships or related field.
• Established experience with General Agent and Enrollment firms.
• Ability to use data analytics to shape strategic initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Manage the GA and Enrollment Firm channel with strategic and financial focus.
• Provide strategic direction on GA, Enrollment Firm, and industry trends (API, quoting, integration).
• Develop and execute national initiatives, business plans and partnership strategies to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and enable sales priorities.
