Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, GA & Enrollment Firm Partnerships to maximize the distribution of Trustmark Group Benefits through General Agents and Enrollment Firms. You will develop strategies that differentiate Trustmark, optimize revenue streams, and drive growth across partnerships nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in distribution, sales, partnerships, or related field.
• Experience working with General Agent and Enrollment firms.
• Proven thought leader with ability to use data analytics to shape strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage GA and Enrollment Firm channel with strategic and financial impact.
• Serve as subject matter expert to strengthen distribution teams and improve positioning.
• Create and execute national initiatives, business plans, and partnership strategies.
• Provide strategic direction on GA, Enrollment Firm, and industry trends, including API, quoting, integration capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to drive membership and revenue growth with targeted partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and enable sales priorities.
• Develop relationships with executive leaders across GA and Enrollment Firm partnerships.
