Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, GA & Enrollment Firm Partnerships to maximize distribution through General Agents and Enrollment Firms. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and align cross-functional teams nationwide to strengthen partnerships and market position.

The role requires a strong track record in channel development, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across organizations while collaborating with sales, underwriting, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in distribution, sales, partnerships or related field; or 15+ years with HS diploma.
• Proven thought leader with ability to use data analytics to shape strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage GA and Enrollment Firm channel with strategic and financial impact.
• Serve as SME to strengthen distribution teams and competitive positioning.
• Create and execute national initiatives, business plans, and partnership strategies for revenue growth.
• Provide strategic direction on GA, Enrollment Firm, and industry trends, including API and integration capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to drive membership and revenue growth with partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and enable sales priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive leaders across GA and Enrollment Firm partnerships.
