Danaher Life Sciences seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and Group Executive, LSIG & HGM and the CFO, LSIG. The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to manage complex calendars and travel.

The position offers remote work with preference for Eastern or Central time zones, and a comprehensive benefits package including bonus eligibility. 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 8+ years supporting executive leaders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to interface with board members and senior leaders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and travel logistics for executives.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate events both on-site and off-site.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and produce high-quality materials.
• Drive efficient approval processes and DBS-driven process improvements.
