Job summary

Danaher Life Sciences is hiring an HR Generalist II to serve as a critical link between HR Service Delivery, associates, people leaders, and the broader HR organization. The role handles non-standard, higher-risk HR situations within policy and process frameworks, driving continuous improvement and consistent employee experience. The position reports to the Sr.

Manager, N.A. HR Generalist and is fully remote (USA only).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or HR generalist/specialist roles.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within policy.
• Experience using HRIS, case management systems, and related business applications.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, and benefits.
• Partner with People Partners, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence for escalation and end-to-end service delivery.
• Support people leaders on performance management, documentation requirements, and HR processes, including recruitment involvement.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across HR Service Delivery.
