Job summary

Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology Inc. DBA Ataero is seeking an experienced Army Field Service Representative (FSR) to support an Electronic Warfare pod R&D program for CONUS and OCONUS operations. Ideal candidate is located on the West Coast and ready to travel extensively.

The FSR will provide hands-on EW/EMSO expertise, training, and field support, interfacing with Army personnel, engineers, and program stakeholders to ensure mission requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years EW/EMSO experience within a U.S. military or DoD environment.
• Knowledge of EW principles, EMSO, and spectrum operations.
• Experience operating, supporting, maintaining, integrating, testing, or training on EW systems.
• Experience providing technical or operational training to military personnel.
• Ability to translate complex EW concepts into operator-level instruction.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EW/EMSO SME for an advanced Army EW pod R&D program.
• Provide operator and technical training on the EW pod to Army personnel at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Develop, update, and deliver training materials, operator instruction, demonstrations, and other training products.
• Support system demonstrations, test events, operational assessments, Army exercises, fielding activities, and other program events.
• Provide feedback to engineers and developers based on operational experience and lessons learned.
• Serve as a liaison between Army operators, Government program personnel, engineers, developers, test personnel and other stakeholders.
