Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ, seeks a Field Service Representative to support ISR programs in the El Paso region. The role collaborates with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management under the Training Manager.

Required are military ISR experience, an associate degree, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to field sites and ability to obtain a government clearance are expected. Outdoor work and occasional overseas travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in an applicable field of study.
• 2 yrs Military ISR experience as Operator/FSR/Instructor; certifications preferred.
• Experience within a DOW program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently or in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard IP.
• Able to interface with VIPs and executives.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organization.
• Strong writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to obtain Government Security Clearance; Secret preferred.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Passport.
• Willingness to travel to field sites.
• Work is typically outdoors.
• Must be able to stand, sit, climb stairs, and perform dexterous tasks.
• Must lift 15–25 pounds.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Travel overseas may be required.

ATSC Field Service Representative (FSR)

SUMMARY

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) systems that can support ATSC programs in El Paso TX region. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help develop Information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/ User Manuals and receive training as a field service representative
• Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etc
• Work directly with Production Team
• Work directly with program management helping where needed
• Resolve service issues by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrective actions
• Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project information
• Resolve and/ or escape issues in a timely fashion
• Communicate difficult/ sensitive information tactfully

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in an applicable field of study
• 2 yrs Military experience with an ISR program as either an Operator, FSR, or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in leu of degree
• Experience within a DOW program
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team
• Confidentiality and safeguarding company Intellectual Property (IP) are a must
• Able to interface with VIP’s, personnel, international executives, and others
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
• Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferred
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Must be willing to travel to work sites in the field
• Work is typically performed in an outdoor setting
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Travel overseas may be required
