Job summary

ServiceTitan in the United States is seeking an Events Associate to support a variety of event programs, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Events and focuses on planning and executing events to drive pipelines and brand affinity.

The ideal candidate brings energy, creativity, and strong organizational skills, with a passion for helping customers and contributing value through events.

• 2+ years of experience in event management or production.

Responsibilities

• Execute logistic and coordination tasks for trade shows and events, including registrations, booth orders, and vendor interactions.
• Oversee swag, show supplies, and inventory, plus shipping/receiving logistics.
• Manage event software (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent) to ensure effective usage.
• Lead projects related to the User Conference, Pantheon.
• Support Expenses, budgeting, and various event-related projects.
