Intuitive is seeking an Event Manager to independently own end-to-end planning and execution of US commercial marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, and customer programs. You will coordinate cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors, manage budgets, schedules, logistics, and event technology, and drive high-quality attendee experiences.

The role requires collaboration with regional marketing, operations, and internal stakeholders, plus the ability to lead on-site execution

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tradeshow, conference, or event management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines independently.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, and project plans.
• Ability to interpret basic event performance data and communicate actionable findings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event/project management tools.
• Healthcare or medical technology industry experience preferred.
• 50% travel.

• Coordinate event lead capture and post-event reporting; summarize performance and lessons learned.
