Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking an Events Associate to support trade shows, field marketing events, and customer programs. You will coordinate registrations, booth orders, inventory, and vendor interactions, while leading swag and show supplies management.

You’ll manage event software suites including Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent, and contribute to Pantheon planning. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event management and/or production.
• Experience with tradeshows and field events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registrations, booth orders, and vendor interactions.
• Manage swag, show supplies, inventory, and shipping logistics.
• Oversee event software (Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, Cvent).
• Lead projects for the User Conference Pantheon.
• Support budgeting and various event-related initiatives.
