Job summary

Hyve is seeking a highly organized Event Operations Coordinator to support POSSIBLE, the premier marketing event. You’ll work with the Event Operations team to plan logistics, track timelines, and maintain run‑of‑show materials for a multi‑day conference.

Travel to events is required; however, the role offers a remote position with flexible collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Registration teams. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in event operations and strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in event operations, event coordination, hospitality, conferences or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for event delivery and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of event operations across all phases of the event lifecycle.
• Assist with development and maintenance of event timelines, trackers, and schedules.
• Ensure event details are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Coordinate sponsor deliverables and activate sponsor requirements.
• Attend vendor/venue meetings and track deadlines and milestones.
• Assist with hotel room blocks, housing platform administration, and reporting.
• Support onsite operations, attendee experiences, and staff coordination.
• Maintain operational documents, floorplans, run-of-show materials, and checklists.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content, Registration, and Customer Success teams.
