Job summary

Life Science Connect’s PharmaSource division seeks a Marketing Manager to lead global conference marketing for CDMO Live Europe and Americas, plus the PharmaSource media platform. You’ll own campaigns, audience growth, and content strategy with autonomy to scale as the portfolio expands.

Remote role, UK-based with monthly London meetings; travel to Europe and North America 4–6 trips per year. Collaboration with corporate marketing ensures consistent product positioning.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing conferences or exhibitions globally.
• Creative and collaborative approach to audience development.
• Ability to craft content that engages personas.
• Proven use of AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
• Experience with email platforms and marketing automation.
• Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
• Line management experience.
• Experience in pharma or life sciences is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own event marketing plans with campaigns and targets.
• Deliver delegate audiences to Europe and Americas events.
• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
• Plan campaigns with messaging, targeting, and positioning improvements.
• Use analytics to improve response rates across channels.
• Manage digital advertising within budget with external agency.
• Build CRM segmentation and automation for marketing segments.
• Develop media kits and sales collateral for sponsors and partners.
• Foster relationships with media partners and thought leaders.
• Grow association partnerships to bring qualified audience.
• Participate in annual planning and market opportunities.
• Stay informed on customer behavior and industry trends.
• Keep event websites updated (WordPress/Elementor).
• Line management as the team grows.
