Job summary

Chili Piper in the United States/Canada region is seeking an Events Manager. This hands-on role will own the annual event calendar, plan executive dinners, conferences, sponsorships, and ChiliPalooza, and run logistics, promotion, on-site, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline.

The role is fully remote with travel to events as needed and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to scale our GTM community and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event management or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events from small dinners to large activations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience building landing pages and running event promotion campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual event calendar and decide where Chili Piper should have a presence.
• Manage end-to-end event execution: logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, on-site.
• Build event landing pages and export/segment CRM lists for invites.
• Promote events and run campaigns across channels from start to finish.
• Produce virtual events and webinars end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships across teams.
• Ensure smooth on-site execution from load-in to wrap-up.
• Build and nurture GTM community relationships and measure outcomes.
