Job summary

CallMiner seeks a Director of Events & Field Marketing to own North America and EMEA event programs, reporting to the CMO and leading a small team. You will strategize and execute conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and ABM-aligned activations that drive pipeline and revenue.

You will partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to create world-class experiences, manage budgets across currencies, and stay ahead of market trends. Based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of event and field marketing experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience managing an event and field marketing team.
• Global experience across North America and EMEA.
• Experience at early-stage and mid-sized, rapidly growing companies with scalable programs.
• Experience integrating events, field marketing, and gifting into ABM campaign sequences.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual events and webinar strategy for North America and EMEA, tied to pipeline targets.
• Own the global events and field marketing budget, across currencies, with vendor negotiation.
• Partner with local EMEA marketing for localized execution and budget ownership.
• Lead flagship events and trade shows from strategy to follow-up.
• Coordinate regional field programs and ABM-aligned activations.
• Measure ROI and report performance to CMO and revenue leadership.
• Mentor and develop a small events team as a hands-on leader.
