Job summary

Kinship Ventures is hiring for a Full-time Contractor role focused on leading events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team. You’ll own work from kickoff to launch, align with clients and internal teams, and step in on execution as needed.

You report to the Project Manager and Production Lead, collaborating with a Junior PM and Marketing Coordinator. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, proactive risk management, and AI-enabled workflows to streamline

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and reports as needed.
• Clear written and spoken communication, able to represent the company in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors to post-event follow-up.
• Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead client, partner and vendor meetings, ensuring scope and expectations are aligned.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across production, creative, operations and community; raise risks early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and CRM records to give leadership visibility on progress.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work for the Production Lead.
