Job summary

Trolley AI is seeking a dedicated producer or project lead to run events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from start to finish. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate with marketing on campaigns, and drive projects to launch with clear owners and timelines.

You will report to the Production Lead and collaborate with the Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator in a fast-paced, remote, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or external partners.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers, and prepare reports.
• Clear written and spoken communication, with ability to represent the company in meetings.
• Sound judgment to make day-to-day decisions and flag risks early.

Responsibilities

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Own projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners and timelines.
• Manage client, partner and vendor meetings, keeping scope and expectations clear.
• Ensure alignment across production, creative, operations and community; raise blockers early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for visibility.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work in reporting, research and planning.
