Job summary

4DMedical Limited in the United States seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s conference, trade-show, symposia, webinars and client events.

You will build scalable event-management processes, align events with commercial priorities, and deliver high-quality experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' event-management experience including conferences and large-scale events.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual event strategy and calendar aligned with commercial, clinical, educational and brand priorities.
• Establish workflows, timelines, templates, checklists, approval pathways and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Monitor expenditure and identify opportunities to improve value and impact.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, travel, logistics, speaker support, registration and on-site needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, MCA and leadership for post-event follow-up.
