About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of 4DMedical's conference, trade-show, symposia, webinar, and customer event program.

This role will build efficient, repeatable event-management processes, ensure events support commercial and strategic priorities, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.

A key part of the role is developing strategic relationships with medical societies and conference organizers to identify opportunities that enhance 4DMedical's visibility, thought leadership, education, and engagement at priority events.

The Events Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, MCA, leadership, key opinion leaders (KOLs), vendors, and external partners to plan programs, manage budgets and logistics, measure results, and continuously improve event performance.

Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to build and lead a more strategic, scalable event-management function.
  • High-impact role partnering with medical societies, clinical experts, and commercial leaders.
  • Broad ownership across conferences, trade shows, symposia, webinars, customer events, and educational programs.
  • Work with a knowledgeable, experienced, high-achieving, and collaborative team.
  • Opportunity to support innovative technologies that can make a meaningful difference for patients with lung conditions.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage an annual event strategy and calendar aligned with 4DMedical's commercial, clinical, educational, and brand priorities.
  • Establish standardized workflows, timelines, templates, checklists, approval pathways, and documentation to improve event efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
  • Lead event scoping, prioritization, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Monitor event expenditure and identify opportunities to improve value, efficiency, and overall impact.
  • Maintain clear event briefs, project plans, stakeholder responsibilities, risks, timelines, and key decision points.
  • Conference, Trade show & Event Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of conferences, trade shows, regional meetings, dinner events, webinars, symposium, and conference sessions.
  • Coordinate venues, exhibit services, production, registration, travel, shipping, speaker logistics, hospitality, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site requirements.
  • Manage agencies, exhibit partners, venues, vendors, and contractors, including negotiating scopes of work and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate event messaging, creative assets, collateral, product demonstrations, staffing, training, lead capture, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, MCA, and other internal teams.
  • Provide in-person event leadership and support as required, including on-site coordination, issue resolution, and post-event closeout.
Medical Society & Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with medical societies, conference organizers, and education partners.
  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities, educational programs, speaking engagements, advisory activities, and other initiatives that strengthen 4DMedical's presence at priority events.
  • Develop mutually valuable partnership opportunities that support audience engagement, thought leadership, education, and long-term brand visibility.
  • Represent 4DMedical professionally with external organizations and partners.
  • Ensure external commitments, sponsorship obligations, and deliverables are clearly documented, communicated, and completed.
Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Define clear objectives and success measures for priority events, including participation, engagement, lead quality, follow-up, budget performance, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and provide timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
  • Use event-performance data, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to improve event selection, planning, execution, and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance event processes, attendee experiences, internal coordination, and overall program effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant event-management experience, including ownership of complex conferences, tradeshows, corporate events, or similar large-scale events.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex events, projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, vendors, contracts, negotiations, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, MCA, leadership, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence representing 4DMedical externally.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, including providing on-site support outside standard business hours when required.

  • Experience supporting conferences and events across multiple regions or markets.
  • Experience with experiential marketing programs and other customer-facing brand activations.
  • Familiarity with event-management platforms, registration systems, and event technology.
  • Experience using CRM-based lead capture and post-event performance reporting.
  • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how events contribute to brand visibility, customer engagement, education, and business growth.
  • Experience developing efficient, repeatable event-management processes and frameworks.

Base salary: $100,000 to $130,000 USD per year PLUS benefits.
