Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a Communications Lead to build a repeatable, global events communications capability. You will develop executive-ready content and align with brand standards to reflect Convergint's culture and Values & Beliefs.

The role collaborates across Global Communications, Events and agency partners to own event-specific strategy and deliver a cohesive communications journey for priority events with measured impact.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in communications, content marketing, event marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience building communications plans and governance.
• Experience with executive-ready PowerPoint content and narrative development.
• Experience with audience journey mapping and communications sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communications Planning & Governance: Own plans, outlines, calendars, approval workflows and templates for priority events.
• Executive Storytelling & Content: Develop and edit keynote narratives, speaker briefs, agendas and scripts.
• Communications Development: Write, edit and deliver invitations, reminders, signage and post-event follow-up.
• Attendee Communications Journey: Map touchpoints and sequences for pre/during/after events.
• Brand & Editorial Quality: Ensure attendee communications align with brand standards and Values & Beliefs.
• Operating Partnership & Leadership: Collaborate with Events team and agency partners across the communications journey.
