Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking an experienced Event Travel Consultant to support attendees, clients, and event teams by coordinating travel arrangements for large-scale meetings and events. You will ensure policy compliance and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include booking flights, accommodations, and ground transport, maintaining accurate documentation, and generating travel reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale event travel coordination and travel policy compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to create, manage, and validate travel reports and data.
• Preferred experience with Power BI for dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight, accommodation, and ground transportation bookings for event attendees.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are ticketed accurately and comply with travel policies.
• Monitor attendee booking status and confirm travelers prior to event deadlines.
• Maintain documentation in meeting management systems and internal records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries within SLA.
