Job summary

Opus Agency in the United States is seeking an Event Technology Project Manager to lead registration and digital platforms for large-scale events, from discovery through execution, with a focus on attendee experiences.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, supervise on-site deployments, ensure schedules and budgets, and deliver high-touch events for Fortune 100 & 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event technology or registration roles.
• Proven experience in registration management from discovery to execution.
• Experience with major event management tools listed above.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors for all event technology and registration workstreams.
• Lead and supervise project teams on small to mid-sized projects and as a workstream lead on larger projects.
• Oversee tasks across multiple concurrent projects and develop workback schedules.
• Deliver projects within time and budgetary requirements.
• Lead recurring client and team meetings and participate in platform demos and technical discussions.
